Dr Watkins is not in Network with any insurance companies. She does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Private Insurances (such as Blue Cross, United, Cigna, or Aetna). Upon request, you will be given a Superbill for services provided. You are encouraged to speak directly with your insurance company to see if you are eligible for reimbursement.
75-90 Minute Initial Evaluation: $750.00 per session
50 Minute Follow-Up Evaluation: $600.00 per session
30 minute Medication Management Followup: $350.00 per session
60 minute Psychotherapy: $650.00
6 Week Intensive/High Touch Lifestyle Coaching: 600.00 deposit for the Initial Session: A Total package of 4,600.00 for 6 weeks of Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching. Package Includes (6) 1:1 live Telehealth sessions, intermittent check-ins through the portal, and tailored recipes.
12 Week Executive Nervous System Regulation Coaching: A Total package of 10,000 for 12 weeks of High Touch engagement of Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Brain Optimizing strategies. Package includes (12) 1:1 Telehealth sessions, intermittent strategy and recommendation tools in between sessions, tailored recipes, guided Nervous system techniques uniquely tailored to your needs.

Prescriptions are sent through a secure Electronic Medical Record System
Prescription refills are managed at the time of your appointment
For adequate safety and monitoring, a patient may not receive more than a 30 day supply of medication at a time
Controlled Substances such as pain medications, benzodiazepines, and stimulants are not prescribed as a form of treatment
